Plain-language summary
Service Hub supplies an online platform for matching and operational workflows. It is not a party to a provider-client service transaction. Users remain responsible for their decisions, services, contracts, licences, insurance, tax, collection and legal compliance. These terms preserve rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
01
Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Service Hub, creating an account, accepting these terms or purchasing a Service Hub subscription, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use the platform only in compliance with applicable law. Do not use the platform if you are prohibited from doing so or cannot agree to these terms.
02
What Service Hub provides
Service Hub provides online matching, account, communication, workflow, document and subscription-management tools. Feature availability depends on the account type, plan, authorised industry, workspace role and current platform configuration.
Service Hub may improve, replace, suspend or retire features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service continuity or product development. We will not deliberately remove a paid entitlement during an already-paid period except where necessary for security, law, fraud prevention or material breach.
03
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate, current account, contact and business information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to apply reasonable security controls.
Do not share credentials, bypass access controls or use another person's account. Provider workspace owners are responsible for inviting, removing and supervising authorised members, while each member remains responsible for their own authenticated actions.
04
Independent provider-client transactions
Service Hub is not the provider, client, agent, partner, employer, contractor, insurer, guarantor or escrow holder in a provider-client transaction. It does not negotiate, supervise, inspect, certify or guarantee an underlying service, product, person, price, availability, quality, safety, legality, delivery or outcome.
A provider-client transaction is a separate agreement between those parties. Each party must perform its own due diligence and handle service scope, contract terms, performance, payment, refunds, delivery, property damage, injury, tax, debt recovery and offline disputes directly with the relevant counterparty.
05
Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the services or goods they offer, their listings, quotes, invoices, receipts, client communications and all required licences, registrations, insurance, qualifications, tax and consumer-law compliance. A provider must not represent that Service Hub has endorsed, guaranteed or insured its services unless we expressly state so in writing.
Providers must use client information only for legitimate work-related purposes, honour applicable privacy obligations and ensure that documents generated through the platform are reviewed for accuracy before sending. Service Hub templates and workflows are operational tools, not legal, accounting or tax advice.
06
Service Hub plans and payments
Service Hub may offer free and paid platform plans. Applicable price, GST treatment, billing interval, inclusions, promotional terms and cancellation options are displayed before checkout. Stripe processes Service Hub subscription payments; Service Hub does not store full card details and does not process or hold funds for a provider-client transaction.
A subscription renews according to the selected billing interval unless it is cancelled in the available billing flow before the next renewal. Payment failure, retry and final payment outcome are handled by Stripe, while Service Hub records verified outcomes and applies its published entitlement and grace rules. A referral reward is a one-month base-service benefit governed by its displayed qualification rules, not cash, a refund or a transferable credit.
07
Your content and platform records
You retain responsibility for information and content you submit. You grant Service Hub the limited rights needed to host, process, display to authorised users, back up and transmit that content to operate the platform and comply with law. You must have the rights and permissions required to submit it.
We may preserve necessary system, audit, payment and security records even when content is changed or an account is closed, subject to applicable retention obligations. We may remove or restrict content that reasonably appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, abusive or incompatible with these terms.
08
Acceptable use
You must not use Service Hub to:
- break the law, misrepresent identity, credentials, services, pricing or availability;
- upload malware, unsafe files, harmful code or content that interferes with the service;
- scrape, harvest, sell or disclose protected contact, profile or workspace data without authority;
- circumvent role, industry, workspace, subscription, rate-limit or security controls;
- send spam, harassment, deceptive communications or unauthorised marketing; or
- use the platform to facilitate fraud, illegal work, exploitation or harm.
09
Availability and support
We aim to operate the service reliably, but availability can be affected by maintenance, security actions, telecommunications, hosting, third-party providers, force majeure and events outside our reasonable control. We may perform maintenance or emergency action to protect users and the platform.
Public Support and Contact pages explain how to request help. Do not send passwords, full payment card details, authentication codes or identity documents through ordinary support messages.
10
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Hub does not promise that a provider, client, opportunity, service, product, payment, document outcome or workflow result will be available, suitable, accurate, complete, secure, profitable or error-free. You use the service and make marketplace decisions at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited to the resupply of the affected service or payment of the cost of resupply, at our option, and excludes indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
11
Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription billing period and legal record-retention requirements. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, fraud prevention, protection of users or a material breach of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and effective date are shown on this page. If a change is material, we will provide notice through an appropriate channel before it takes effect where reasonably practicable or required by law. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated terms.
12
Contact and governing framework
For questions about these terms, submit a Contact request. These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable to the Service Hub operator and Australian users, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. No term requires you to give up a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
